BODMIN FUNERAL SERVICES

Established in 1993 as Bodmin's only independent funeral directors, Bodmin Funeral Services - owned and managed by Angus and Paula MacKinnon - moved to their present funeral premises at Old Wall Lodge, Castle Canyke Road in 2004. We are proud to offer such up to date facilities to the area while still retaining the professional but personal touch we are known for.  With over forty years of funeral experience we are proud to be celebrating our twenty second year in business in Bodmin.

 

The independent funeral director has historically exemplified all that is best in the profession, personally serving his community in a dignified and sensitive manner.  In recent years many old established and family-owned businesses have been taken over - mainly by the co-operative movement and public limited companies - thereby possibly affecting the personal service and costs involved.  The public does not generally understand these changes and their implications as the companies continue to trade under the original family name.
